Return and refund information

Provided that our online store uses its own logistics centers or suppliers/ producers, or the same on our behalf take care of processing orders and send them directly to the final customer, managing also any returns, Below we explain our policy on returning goods.

RETURN FOR DEFECT

METHOD OF REFUND

LATE OR DELAYED REFUNDS

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive the voucher corresponding to the value of the return.

Upon receipt of the returned item, you will be sent a gift certificate by email.

PROCEDURE TO REQUEST THE RETURN IN AUTONOMY.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a shipping label for the return. Once you return the product, you will receive a refund.
