If you have a registered account you can log in and proceed directly with the return request (read at the bottom of the page the procedure to request the return independently), otherwise the procedure will generate a temporary security code that will be sent to you via email, with which you can log in and proceed with the related request. It is important that you specify the reason for the return request in the dropdown menu, as the terms for returning the item change as you will read below.

RETURN FOR DEFECT
Any product return requests by the Customer must be authorized in writing by QUATTRO QUADRI DIGITAL di Rita Gurnari. Return requests must concern defective goods, or goods not corresponding to the ordered goods, or goods subject to change of mind.
Products considered non-compliant or defective may be replaced only after an examination by QUATTRO QUADRI DIGITAL di Rita Gurnari. In this case, the shipping cost will be borne by QUATTRO QUADRI DIGITAL di Rita Gurnari.
QUATTRO QUADRI DIGITAL di Rita Gurnari reserves the right not to refund the Customer in the following cases:
- product not intact or whose original packaging (shoe box, dust bag) is missing or damaged.
- Returns not authorized in writing or received after the established deadlines.
- In case of faulty or non-compliant products or products not matching the ordered goods, it is necessary to request a return from QUATTRO QUADRI DIGITAL di Rita Gurnari, no later than 10 days from receipt of the order indicated on the tracking; you will be asked to describe the damage in detail and attach photos that demonstrate its extent.
RETURN FOR CHANGE OF MIND
If you do not like the product received, you can make the return within 15 days from the delivery of the order indicated on the tracking. Afterwards, we will send you detailed instructions by email to return the product

- Product not intact or with original packaging missing or damaged (e.g. shoe box, dust bag, etc.).
- Absence of the order number identification code.
- Unauthorized returns or those that have exceeded the required timeframes.
REFUND METHODS
The refund will be issued to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase of the product subject to return, within a maximum of 4/5 working days from receipt of the product by QUATTRO QUADRI DIGITAL di Rita Gurnari.
LATE OR UNPAID REFUNDS
If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact the credit card issuing company; it may take some time before the refund is formally registered.
Then contact your bank. Processing times are often required for the registration of a refund.

GIFTS
If at the time of purchase the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the return.
Upon receipt of the item subject to return, a gift voucher will be sent to you by email.
PROCEDURE TO REQUEST A RETURN INDEPENDENTLY.
Click on the account icon in the store menu or go to the returns page https://espressomoda.it/pages/informativa-di-reso-e-rimborso and request a return.
- Log in to your account
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included.
- Return to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click on "Request return" for the order you want to send the return for.
- If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
- Select the reason for the return and add any additional notes for further explanations to the store.
- Click on "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a shipping label for the return. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
