Given that our online store uses its own logistics centers or suppliers/manufacturers , or rather, they process orders on our behalf and ship them directly to the end customer, also managing any returns, below we explain our policy on returns of goods.

If you have a registered account, you can log in and proceed directly with the return request ( see the procedure for requesting a return yourself at the bottom of the page ). Otherwise, the procedure will generate a temporary security code that will be sent to you via email. This code will allow you to log in and proceed with the return request. It's important to specify the reason for the return request in the drop-down menu, as the terms for returning the item may change, as you'll read below.

RETURN DUE TO ANOMALY
Any requests for product returns by the Customer must be authorized in writing by QUATTRO QUADRI DIGITAL di Rita Gurnari. Return requests must concern defective merchandise, merchandise that does not correspond to the merchandise ordered, or merchandise subject to change of mind.
Products deemed non-compliant or defective may be replaced only after examination by QUATTRO QUADRI DIGITAL di Rita Gurnari. In this case, shipping costs will be covered by QUATTRO QUADRI DIGITAL di Rita Gurnari.
QUATTRO QUADRI DIGITAL by Rita Gurnari reserves the right not to refund the Customer in the following cases:
- product not intact or with the original packaging (shoe box, dust bag) missing or damaged.
- Returns not authorized in writing or received after the established deadlines.
- If your products are faulty, non-compliant, or do not match the items you ordered, you must request a return from QUATTRO QUADRI DIGITAL di Rita Gurnari within 10 days of receiving your order, as indicated on the tracking number. You will be asked to describe the damage in detail and attach photos demonstrating its extent.
RETURN FOR CHANGE OF MIND
If you don't like the product you received, you can return it within 15 days of delivery of the order indicated on the tracking. We will then email you detailed instructions for returning the product.
QUATTRO QUADRI DIGITAL di Rita Gurnari reserves the right to refuse refunds in the following cases:
- Product not intact or with missing or damaged original packaging (e.g. shoebox, dust bag, etc.).
- Missing order number identification code.
- Unauthorized returns or returns that have exceeded the required timeframes.
REFUND POLICY
The refund will be issued to the payment method chosen when purchasing the returned product, within a maximum of 4/5 working days from receipt of the product by QUATTRO QUADRI DIGITAL di Rita Gurnari.
LATE OR UNPAID REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There are often processing times for a refund to be posted.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the return.
Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by email.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN ON YOUR OWN.
Click on the account icon in the store menu or go to the returns page https://espressomoda.it/pages/informativa-di-reso-e-rimborso and request a return.
- Log in to your account
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, then click "Continue."
- In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included.
- Return to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click "Request Return" for the order you wish to return.
- If your order includes more than one item, please select the items you wish to return.
- Select the reason for the return and add a note if necessary for additional explanations for the store.
- Click on "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is returned, you'll receive a refund.
